What does it take to be a Church Purity Church?
1. Commitment as a church to sexual purity.
2. Church committed to having a Purity Weekend at least once a year.
3. The pastor committed to preach on sexual purity at least once a year.
4. A recovery plan in place:
— Counselors signed up and trained in treating sexual addiction.
— Group leaders identified and trained for Celebrate Recovery or similiar accountability group(s).
5. A local Church Purity committee with ex officio representation on the local church board.
6. Every computer at the church with filtering software installed. Use of such software by every family in the church strongly encouraged.
We believe a good way to promote sexual purity is to host a ChurchPurity Weekend™.
